1. Introduction
Welcome to Hotel Norway (Hotilast). By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and payments
All reservations require a valid credit card. Full payment is due upon check‑in unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
3. Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow hotel policies. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest. We reserve the right to terminate stays without refund in case of misconduct.
4. Limitation of liability
Hotel Norway is not liable for any indirect losses, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather conditions, or loss of personal items. Full terms available upon request.
